Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Cloud Craft Dev Co for web design, software development, or any related service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a project.
2. Services Provided
We provide website design and development, custom software development, and related digital services, as agreed upon in writing (email, message, or contract) for each individual project.
3. Project Process & Timelines
- Project scope, deliverables, and estimated timelines will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
- Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. late feedback, missing content) may extend the delivery date.
- Major scope changes after work has started may require a revised timeline and/or additional cost.
4. Payments
- An advance payment is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed schedule.
- Work delivered (source files, hosting handover, etc.) will only be released once payment is received in full.
- Prices quoted are specific to the agreed project scope; additional work outside that scope will be quoted separately.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as discussed at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond what was agreed may be chargeable.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, content (text, images, logos), and access needed to complete the project.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring any content they provide (text, images, trademarks) does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the Client. Cloud Craft Dev Co retains the right to showcase completed work (screenshots, descriptions) in its own portfolio, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or data) arising from the use of delivered software or websites. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
9. Termination
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed proportionally, and advance payments for uncompleted work may be non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
